We guarantee delivery in 7 days or you don’t pay (as long as all required content is provided on time).
Do I own my website?
Yes. You fully own your website. We provide hosting and support as part of the monthly subscription, but the website itself belongs to you. If you cancel, you can take it with you.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your website remains active until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your website is removed from our servers. You can request a free self-transfer backup to move your website to another provider.
Do I need to provide content and images?
Yes, we recommend providing your own text and images for a personal touch. If needed, we can use stock images or guide you on content creation.
Do I need to provide my own domain and hosting?
Yes and no. You will need to purchase your own domain name however, we provide the monthly hosting. We can recommend trusted providers and guide you through the setup process, but we do not include domain purchases in our packages.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely! Every website we build is fully responsive, ensuring it looks great and functions perfectly on any device.
What if I need changes after my website is built?
Each package includes four round of free revisions to make sure you’re happy with the final product. Any additional revisions beyond this will be billed separately.
What if I need more pages or features later?
No problem! Your site is built to scale with your business, and we can add extra pages or features anytime for an additional fee.
What happens if you don’t complete my website in 7 days?
If we miss the deadline due to our own delay, you’ll receive a full refund and get your website—no questions asked.
How do I transfer my website after cancellation?
Upon request, we will provide a full backup of your site.You will need a hosting provider and domain setup before restoring the website.Newbill Media does not offer technical support for self-transfers.
What is covered by the monthly subscription fee?

Can I request a refund?
- Refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver your website within 7 days from the start date. Once a project is completed, refunds are not available.

We offer unlimited revisions until your website meets your exact vision. Once finalized, your subscription includes small updates, such as text edits and image swaps. For major redesigns or new features, a custom quote will be provided.
