By purchasing our website design services (“Services”) or using our website, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Description of Services

Newbill Media designs and builds custom WordPress websites for local service-based businesses. Our website packages include:

• Starter Website – $750 setup + $30/month

• Authority Website – $999 setup + $30/month

• Business Empire Website – $1,497 setup + $40/month

Each package includes:

• Custom website design tailored to your business

• Mobile-responsive, SEO-optimized structure

• Unlimited revisions prior to launch

• Hosting, maintenance, and support

• Guaranteed initial delivery within 7 days of receiving all required materials (see Section 5)

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Setup Fees:

Clients agree to pay a one-time setup fee based on the selected package.

Monthly Subscription:

Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support are billed monthly at:

• $30/month for Starter and Authority Websites

• $40/month for Business Empire Websites

Refunds:

All payments are non-refundable except under the following condition:

If Newbill Media fails to deliver the initial version of the website within 7 calendar days of receiving all required content and information from the Client, the Client may request a full refund of the setup fee within 24 hours of the missed deadline.

This guarantee applies only to the initial version of the website.

Unlimited revisions are included and do not have a fixed timeline—revision time is based on Client response and feedback.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Content Submission: Clients must provide all necessary content (text, images, branding assets, logins) before the project begins.

• Timely Feedback: Clients agree to provide timely feedback during the build and revision process.

• Scope Adherence: Requests beyond the package scope (extra pages, third-party integrations, advanced features) will require a separate quote and approval.

4. Revisions Policy

Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions before launch.
After the website is launched, minor edits (text, image swaps) are included in the monthly subscription.
Major redesigns or additional feature requests will require a custom quote.

5. Delivery Timeline & Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of your initial completed website within 7 calendar days of receiving all required materials and information from you.

This guarantee applies only to the first completed version, not the revision process.

If delays are caused by the Client (e.g., late content submission or feedback), the 7-day guarantee is void—but the project will still be completed as quickly as possible.

6. Hosting, Maintenance, & Support

All websites are hosted and maintained by Newbill Media as part of the monthly subscription. This includes:

• Fast & secure hosting

• Routine backups

• Core plugin/theme updates

• Minor post-launch changes

7. Ownership & Transfer Policy

Once setup payment is complete, Clients fully own their website.
If a Client cancels their subscription, they may request a free downloadable transfer of their site. After transfer, the Client is responsible for all hosting and domain management.

8. Portfolio Usage & Marketing Rights

By purchasing a website from Newbill Media, the Client grants permission for Newbill Media to feature the completed website, business name, logo, and screenshots in:

• Our public portfolio

• Website galleries

• Case studies

• Social media content and advertisements

This allows us to showcase real examples of our work and attract future clients.

9. Email & SMS Marketing Consent

By requesting a free resource from Newbill Media (such as a guide, checklist, or blueprint), you agree to receive marketing emails and text messages related to our services.

You can opt out at any time by:

• Clicking “unsubscribe” in emails

• Replying STOP to SMS messages

We do not sell your data. Communications are used solely for value-driven updates and offers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Newbill Media is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal action or dispute shall be resolved in a court or arbitration venue within this jurisdiction.

12. Modifications

Newbill Media may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
