At Newbill Media, we invest significant time and creative effort into building your custom website. Because each project is uniquely tailored and our work begins immediately, no refunds will be issued—except if we fail to deliver your website within our 7-Day Guarantee.

7-Day Guarantee

  • On-Time Delivery: If we do not deliver your website within 7 days due solely to our delay, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Refund Request: You must submit your refund request in writing within 24 hours after the missed deadline.

Conditions & Exclusions

  • No Other Refunds: Due to the extensive time and resources dedicated to creating your custom website, no refunds are provided under any circumstances other than the 7-Day Guarantee.
  • Client Delays: Refunds will not be granted if delays occur because of late or incomplete content submissions or modifications requested beyond the agreed scope.
  • Revisions: Your package includes four rounds of free revisions. Any additional revisions beyond this limit, or changes that alter the original project scope, will void the 7-Day Guarantee and are subject to extra charges.

By purchasing our service, you agree that your investment is non-refundable aside from the conditions explicitly outlined in our 7-Day Guarantee.
